2. Commercial Services Only

ABS provides services exclusively for commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. Residential services are not offered.

3. Quotes & Estimates

Quotes are based on the information available at the time of inspection.
Changes to scope, site conditions, or client requests may result in revised pricing.

Written proposals are valid only for the period stated on the quote.

4. Contracts & Agreements

Certain services require a written contract.
The signed agreement will take precedence over this general Terms & Conditions page.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in each proposal or invoice.
Late payments may result in service interruption or additional fees.

6. Service Scheduling

Service dates are subject to availability, weather conditions, material availability, and site readiness.

ABS is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.

7. Repairs & Maintenance

Diagnostic fees may apply for equipment repair services.
Customers will be notified before repairs begin.

Parts availability may affect repair timelines.

8. Supplies Store Orders

Orders placed through the ABS Supplies store are subject to product availability.
All orders are store pickup only unless otherwise stated.
ABS does not provide shipping services for store purchases.
Orders must be picked up within the allowed hold period or may be canceled.

9. Limitation of Liability

ABS is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
Liability is limited to the value of the service or product provided.
